Ps5 apex legends crashing even on reinstall, restored license

I kept getting a message while playing apex legends crashing even”restart your console for updated experience” or something to that effect.. so I checked to see if there was any updates.. there was not., I restarted my ps5.. now when I go into app it crashed on opening .. I searched online.. people said to repair the storage and clear cache.. tried it.. crash., people said to try uninstalling and reinstalling.. I uninstalled.. completely shutoff console.. turned on.. reinstalled .. restored license .. and the game still crashing.. I can’t get in at all on my ps5.. please help!!
