When using the rampage and using my ultimate as ballistic which charges it up, when I get my perk level upgraded it completely cancels the rampedupness of the gun. This caused me to lose a fight , so it needs to get fixed.

True I lost 2 fights due to this, Rampage charge disappears right in the middle of fire if ballistic gets upgraded
In this clip I didn't stop firing, but Rampage stops firing due to upgrade and also loses the revved up charge.
