Rampart cancels Nexus when holding Turret

When Rampart is holding her turret and tries to utilize Alter's Nexus, she puts the turret away mid-teleport charge-up and then cancels the Nexus teleport. Additionally, this has led to being unable to use the Nexus for a handful of critical seconds.
