Rank reset notification was inconsistent with my actual rank

Hello, I would like to report a possible ranked notification bug in Apex Legends.

When the new season or split started, I received a notification saying that my rank had been reset from Gold IV to Bronze I. However, when I actually entered Ranked, my rank was still Gold IV on PS5.

I then played one Ranked match to check whether the displayed rank would update, but I remained Gold IV after the match as well.

Because of this, the rank reset notification seems to have been inconsistent with my actual ranked data. Unfortunately, the notification itself was temporary and is no longer visible in my inbox, so I do not have a screenshot of that specific message.

My current rank appears to be Gold IV, but I wanted to report this discrepancy between the reset notification and my actual rank.
