game crashed after ranked match was over then logged back in and my rank was reset back to rookie from platinum 4

Same happened to my buddy z_warpaint on PSN he was d4 and is now rookie

Happened to me too, there was an issue where i couldnt play online, servers were down or sum. then it loads in me in and it reset my ranked to rookie and I was silver 1. please fixed this
