Ranked Locked, Season 28, Despite all challenges Done!

Since the new season (28), the Road To Rank Challenged are showing up as completed 2/3, despite all the challenges completed, including graduation. Am at level 86, so not other reason why rank is still lock.

Please fix this issue, asap, as we are loosing to much time. its been day 2 already!
