Reactive weapons don't display glow in inventory

I remember the reactive skins being put on the top of the inventory and have a glow effect on them.

They still show up at the top, but they don't have the glowing effect anymore that they used to over their nameplate.

This happened after the reactive weapons now show up fully reactive in the inventory, before that was added, it all worked fine as far as I remember.
