Received ultimate+ Bp skins from old passes with the launch of season 24 split 2

I logged in on March 25, 2025, and I received the Ash and Caustic ultimate+ battle pass skins from season 23 split 1 battle pass. I have also received the Newcastle and Conduit ultimate+ skins from season 24 split 1 for free with the launch of season 24 split 2. I did not buy the ultimate+ version of the passes for those splits, and I'm confused on why I received them. I only bought the regular version of the pass for those splits. The game lets me equip the skins and use them in game. I have also received 20 exotic shards as well.

    This happened to me.  I spent the shards.

    Now I am -10 exotic shards and lost the skins.  It shouldn't be our fault if the game has a bug.  I just thought it was because I bought the ultimate for both splits.

    I logged in again on March 27, 2025, around 8 p.m. and the conduit and Newcastle ultimate+ skins were gone but I still have the Ash and Caustic. I also lost 10 of the 20 exotic shards and still have 10.
