Regarding the lobby bug

For several days now, the only menu option I can select is Play. I’m unable to open Apex Packs, access the store, view challenges, legend locker, or anything else. My Apex Coins and other currencies aren’t loading or are showing as unviewable. This has been ongoing for a few days.
