Reticle becomes blurry when looking at effects
The reticle on sights get blurry when looking at fire/gas/smokes sometimes/ shields taking damage and even the peacekeeper reload animation blurs the screen completely

exact same problem here! really annoying and you're the only other person who seemed to have had the same problem
actually after messing around a little bit more in the training range, i've found a solution. To fix the reticle, go to settings under video, scroll down and enable the option of anti-aliasing to TSAA.
