Ideas
Checked controller, was able to change via the setting under the CONTROLLER settings. The specific setting is called Aim Button and has the options HOLD or TOGGLE. Which works too.
If you take out RMB player is unable to ADS at all and has to restore to default input for them to get ADS or use some other random keybind
