I was stuck into rock after slide on enemy new castle while he use his ult and he tp me into texture and i cant move take outside somehow and can deal dmg while enemy can shoot into me i have video of that bug but on 300mb if u text me i can link it in google drive with a link on him to get u

somestraightkid1 The ban might of been because the players thought you were exploiting and had reported you for shooting at them while trapped in a rock.
I sadly can't do anything about the ban, so you would have to contact EA's TOS Team about it here:
