Strange Respawning Glitch

Check the attached video for a strange glitch where a respawn was fully stuck to the end, but failed to actualize. I have a sneaking suspicion that it might be somehow related to the fact that the storm passed right over the mobile respawn beacon at the exact moment of the respawn completion.
