Super glitchy screen during gameplay and in the menu

Everytime I start apex on my ps5. blotches of black and white (similar to a checkerboard) pop up all over my screen. They flicker in and out continuously even during gameplay. The issue is so bad it's visible to my friends even on my share screen. I believe if you watch my gameplay back you would be able to see my screen glitching. It's making apex unplayable for me, and I haven't found a solution for it anywhere. I assume it's something on Apex's end. I would appreciate if you guys could fix that for me. Thanks.
