Switchでログインするために保護者の認証が必要なんですが

同じ状況です。
EA側の不具合の感じがしますよね...。
サポートに問い合わせてみるので、進捗があれば共有します。

When I try to log in to Apex on my Switch, it asks for parental login, but I can't find a place to enter the ID or other information.
I think this might be an issue on the Apex/EA side, but if anyone knows about this, please let me know.
