Takeover Fight Force Event

Started playing Fight Force event to unlock all rewards, main focus was to reach at final reward Tropical Fumes (Caustic Skin). After days and hrs grinding to obtain rewards noticed my points were stuck at 3,900 out of 5,000. With 14 hrs and 54 min before event finish and I still ran out of time to complete rewards due to bug. 14 hrs 54 min are enough to unlock everything even more 1 1/2 rewards to reach last reward and I know I did however issue with points did not allowed me to complete.

I’m a Caustic main and I need that Tropical Fumes skin. 
I need help!
