Twitch rewards

It’s been almost 3 or four weeks since I haven’t gotten my twitch rewards that were free from Twitch and still haven’t gotten the brand new ones either yet you guys need to fix this problem please even though it says the rewards have been claimed I have not claimed them in the game yet at all
