Unable to have Apex on switch System Mem

I'm not sure if this is a bug, oversight, or a way for apex to tell people to get a job, but you cannot install apex on a switch without an SD card. A stock switch has 25GB-ish of space and the newest update has made the game 29GB, which means without paying money you cannot play apex on a switch. Even if you DO buy an SD card the game is near unplayable with constant crashes, visual bugs and frame drops, it not worth trying to play much less buy and finish a battlepass.

I'm not sure what would need to be done other then optimizations in general but I hope they can do something as I enjoy the game(when i can)
