Unable to launch game

I started having the issue where I would launch the game but it will never connect to the servers, today after I updated the game it launched and worked. I had to reboot my computer and now we are back to not being able to launch the game at all. I did a integrity check on the files and they are fine. I did a fresh install and still having the same issue.
