US West server barely will find Pub matches.
All found matches in Pubs the skill distribution grey bar is always from the far left to the far right. Meaning... the grey bar is always the full length of the skill distribution bar.
I am a gold player at best... yet every single match yesterday, between 20 and 30 matches was the same, every match has masters and preds.
Seems like only one skill bucket is being used on US West server.
