Vantage Ult Double pump exploit

When you only have 1 bullet left in your ultimate, shooting brings you down to 0 bullets, the gun doesn't **bleep** at 0 bullets. You then ping an enemy and the bullet gets refunded by vantages passive. Because you emptied the mag, the sniper doesn't have to **bleep** itself, so you're able to shoot the second shot instantly. This is very broken.

This happens to me accidentally because I'm in the habit of pinging the enemies after shooting so that I can refund my shots.

TLDR : While the ultimate is out - Shoot>ping>shoot while holding ads allows you to do an instant double pump if you only have 1 bullet left in the sniper ult.

Notes: Ping will only refund your shot if the next ult charge progress is greater than like 30%, which is pretty often
