Vantage's passive scan shows 3 EVOs for non-full teams

Since the start of this season Vantage's passive scan always show 3 EVO shield icons, even if a team you're scanning has only 2 or 1 player alive. If you ping the player you're scanning, you hear correct number of living opponents.
