Wattson quote bug

I think there is a bug with wattson, before few patches ago she used to say "that's a happy, angry... fence" quotes however after getting her heirloom skin I have played her for so many hours, she does not say these voice lines. I have also tried it at firing range but same results. Did respawn delete these voice lines or is it bugged. (I know it is rare but i dont hear them for weeks and months).
