Weapons not showing after using character abilities

I’ve been playing vantage and everytime I use my ult and switch back to my primary weapons it doesn’t show my weapon from my perspective.

Today I watched a Loba use their teleport ability and the exact same thing happened. I couldn’t see their weapon which ended up in me getting killed for attempting a 1v1 with someone I thought had no weapons.
