Wraiths ultimate is canceled out by a respawn beacon

So I have died to this bug 2 times in rank, basically the opposing team places a respawn beacon centered inside of wraiths phase dome.  The respawn beacon then completely removes wraiths portal and essentially wastes the ultimate and kills whoever was inside the phase dome.
