Flashlight cannot be toggled after changing classes.

There is an issue where players are unable to toggle the flashlight attachment after picking up the loadout of another player with a different class.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Play as any class (e.g., Assault).

2. Locate a downed player of a different class (e.g., Engineer) who has a weapon equipped with a flashlight.

3. Pick up their gear or weapon.

4. Attempt to toggle the flashlight using the assigned keybind.

Observed Result:

The flashlight remains in its current state (usually "on") and does not respond to the toggle command.
