Revive not completing

Platform: PlayStation 5  
Mode: All (Conquest, Breakthrough, Rush, etc.)  
Class: Any  
Loadout: Any weapon or gadget  

Issue:
When trying to revive a downed teammate, the revive animation starts but instantly cancels or restarts over and over again.  
The revive never completes, and the teammate eventually dies even though I stay in the revive position the entire time.  

Details:
- Happens in all modes and on all maps
- Occurs regardless of class or gadget (tested with both Adrenaline Injector and Defibrillator)
- Happens even when standing still and aiming directly at the revive prompt
- Restarting the game or switching servers sometimes helps temporarily
- Other squadmates can occasionally revive normally, but not always

Expected result:
The revive animation should complete once and successfully bring the teammate back to life.

Actual result:
The animation loops repeatedly and never completes the revive.

Additional notes:
This issue started after the latest server-side update (mid-October 2025).  
Many PS5 players are reporting the same problem on Reddit and the EA forums.  
Please investigate this — it makes reviving completely unusable in most matches.
