TN 400 ms - Time Nudge 400 milliseconds

Battlefield 6 bug on PC 

thie bug doesnt happen in bf1 as you can see in one picture.

The bug is about the ms on the term "TN" which you can see in another picture. TN is around 400 ms and not really playable. my vram is used around half as you can see in one picture and the graphics settings are on all low with 1080p and 60 hz ... I tried closing any other unnecessary app like Razer, Discord and wallpaper engine - still the same problem. One guy on the internet had the same propblem and fixed it by changing the ram frequency from auitomatic to stable but myx laptop doesnt have the option, which yoo can also see in one picture.
