Сompensation

Good afternoon, as of 08.11.2025, I have not received any compensation for my unsuccessful start (I could not enter the match, and there was an error stating that I needed to download DLS, but the launcher did not provide any options). I purchased the game on the EA platform. My question is, when will the compensation be issued?
