Battlepass + BFpro missing instant rewards.

Many people are having this issue. It has been ongoing problems since its release. On the battlepass screen it will show as completed, but is not accessible on the loadout screen.

I made the Purchase on the 3rd of November. Since then I have sent over 17 emails to EA Help, enquiring on compensation for the false advertisement of

"instant rewards" and the majority of the replies I got where most definitely Al generated and would ignore everything I say and they would just say that they're aware of the issue and to please be patient.

It has now been 29 days since my purchase. I have still not received the items l've paid for, I have not been compensated or refunded.

EA this is completely unacceptable and fraudulent.

You have taken money, not given me my purchase and offered no refund or compensation.

I have reminded EA countless times that under UK law, if you do not receive a digital order after payment, you are legally entitled to a price reduction up to a full refund from the seller under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.
