BF6 launch day compensation

Having the same issue and I posted about this as well:

Funny how the replies from support vary so much. Just tells me that they probably have no idea at all. I was told that all eligible players have already received theirs. When I told them that's not true, since I haven't, I pretty much just got a shrug from them. Would be interested to know if anyone can actually confirm that they've gotten theirs?

And since there's no fine line to be drawn on who's eligible or not (they can't tell), we're just left in this limbo where we can't really purchase the battlepass either since that would just be throwing money away, if you're granted the compensation later. And tbh, there's no way I'm spending money on something that was promised for free anyway.

Same experience unfortunately. Support asks for prove etc and after providing it, tells me he/she couldnt do anything about it anyway. super helpful...
