BF6 PURCHASE TO PLAY + HAD TO BUY 2x PHANTOM EDITION + EA PLAY PRO HELP!!

I tryed to play at launch for 2 hr tried everything i could to play i bought the 40 cad addon for phatom edition when i already had pre order the phatom edition. Then i got EA PLAY PRO and this fixed the issue but still ... i lost 2hr of gameplay and i had to spend 65$ CAD more having already pre-ordered the game for 140$ CAD (the phantom edition) and yet i dont have my 12hr of compensation and support cant do anything for me.... Can someone help me fix my issue ?
