Changing loadout causes stuck in downed state (Team Deathmatch)

Platform: PC (Ryzen 5800X3D, RX6800XT, 32GB RAM, 2TB NVME SSD)
Game Mode: TDM (possibly for other modes too)

Situation:

During the game, after changing primary weapon and being downed by the enemy, loadout page appears and once you press 'Y' to close the loadout page as instructed on screen, you can't proceed any further in the match and are stuck in the downed position. No HUD appears at all.

There was a similar bug previously that affected every game mode, where you were stuck on the loadout screen. This was seemingly fixed but this is a bit different in that you get past the loadout page but you are stuck in the downed state.
