Compensation for a bad start!

Hello. I was sitting on the forum and saw they had already started distributing experience accelerators for a bad release launch at EA app. I go into the game, there are no boosters. The game was purshased from EA app Phantom. What is the problem? 
due to incorrect work at EA app, i was unable to play BF 6 the day of release.
