Phantom Edition owner here i was affected with the app outage . No massage no compensation :(

Same here, i had to refund the game from the EA App like the Battlefield General Manager suggested and bought it elsewhere, I hope this isn't the reason why I haven't yet received it.

Same problem here, please update all of us replies as well, EA. Didn't get anything even though I couldn't play the Phantom Edition all day until the late evening due to the EA launcher problem.

Same here, couldn't play on day one due to game not being recognized. No message in bf6, no boosters. Seems like a lot of people still didn't got it.

My rewards are still missing too :( I hope they are rolling out gradually or it's a bug because I was severely impacted on launch. Also no message notification in inbox ingame

I'm quriost how they find out who was affected and who wasn't? Because i didnt put a ticket or anithing i found that i couldn't play  and i checked on twitter to see if there is a problem i saw there is and waited for the fix .
