Day 1 Compensation EA REFUSES to HELP

After sending e-mails back and forth since October 15th, EA just decided to send me this e-mail after the one I sent today. This is ridiculous! This is illegal to not help and give the players service! This is outragreous.. All they had to say was the same A.I. generated messages as follows:

They sent this as well ! Stating their promises... But guess what? I have nothing.

This is the day they sent me that message... still nothing to this day.. and I know I'm not alone..

Let's keep the pressure.. This is outrageous.
