dice didn't give the bf pro or battle pass for free who had issues at launch

they didnt give second bf pro for free to me thats why i paid another 25 dollars for second bf pro and battle pass  i was pre ordered the bf6 phantom edition via ea app and had some issues at launch any solution for that ? refund my money back pls if you decide to give it free
