Did not receive compensation…
I pre-ordered on the EA app and couldn’t get into the game on the first day. I didn’t receive the compensation initially nor after the update for season 1. How can get receive the compensation?

I have the same problem, I wrote 3 tickets to support - all 3 moved to "proper department" and still nothing. We need some response.
