Dog tag HUD notification no longer appears after successful takedowns

Whenever I do a takedown on someone, the animation happens, I collect the dog tag and it's added to my stolen collection but the specific dog tag I stole from the player never shows up like it used to at the top of the screen. It's a little thing but It still bothers me cause I liked seeing what tag I stole from them. So I ask to please look into this and fix it.
