EA app compensation/ support not working
i have responded to my case support, i don't know how many times now, and they always give me the same response:

Please accept my apologies and we deeply regret the issue. I've checked all the resources already and found all the impacted players have already received compensation, and this issue has been resolved from our end. We really appreciate your understanding. |
problem is. I haven't gotten ANYTHING. I respond to this every time, and this time they sent me this:
One small problem. There is no way to start a chat. I tried on 4 browsers including my phone. No chat is anywhere to be seen. Im very tired of this. Please someone from EA, Help me.

They immediatly closed my case again and told me all players were compensated.
