Re: Still no compensation despite recent update

I was impacted by the EA App outage on launch day, but never received the compensation the team promised. EA Help (ref Case #224719739, #225356695) insists that they are unable to do anything and have told me the only thing left to do is post on the forums. It's so frustrating that we're only given the EA Help as an option, they say they can't actually do anything, and I'm just stuck with no way to get this problem fixed.

Can someone from EA please help me?

    Same here. I keep getting the same reply from EA. Also they keep sending me a EA chat link which doesn't work. 

    This is the automated reply I keep getting:

    Hello there,

    I’d like to clarify that compensation was issued to EA App players who purchased Battlefield 6 and were unable to install or launch the game effectively. All affected players were included in this compensation process.

    If you have not received any compensation, I’m sorry to inform you that we are unable to manually add it from our end.

    Same here, I've been getting the exact same replies from EA. It's ridiculous.

    Case no. 228617377

    I’ve opened three different cases and still gotten generic responses. I feel like I know what the issue is for some but they don’t care to listen. If you tried getting into a community search game (I’d get to the loading screen and kicked back to menu before loading in game) then their system thinks you got into a game. Thats my guess but idk, i still haven’t got rewards either and i took a whole day of PTO just to play and couldn’t.

    Day 42 and just logged in to see if EA had responded. Only to find they'd removed all my previous replies from this thread. Still need help.
