EA APP Phantom Edition Pre Order Compensation missing
I preorderd Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition thorugh the EA App. Due to all of the starting problems. All players affected on the EA App received compensation: Multiple boosters and the Season 1 Battlepass.
As the Season 1 Battlepass is already included in the Phantom Edition, it was communicated that those that pre ordered the Phantom Edition via the EA App will receive the Battlepass for season 2.

I qoute: "If impacted players purchased the Phantom Edition we will be granting them access to Season 2´s Battle Pass"
I was impacted. I paid 100 Euros and wasnt able to play for the first day. I took a day off just to play. Now it seems like, I coud have just gotten the cheaper preorder! I would have received the Season 1 Battlepass through the compensation.
I overpaid 40 Euros, to get a BF pro Token, that I never received.
So how will this be fixed? Is EA lying to us? Am I understanding something wrong?
Someone, please help clarify this!
