EA Customer Service is a joke.

Hi EA_Bia​ EA_Edu​ EA_Rtas​ EA_Leeuw​ EA_Hux​,

I’m posting here because, like many others worldwide, I have no way left to get effective support from EA regarding the ongoing compensation issue.

Summary of my support attempts:

  • I have sent multiple emails regarding my case, but all replies have been generic, asking me to use live chat, which is inaccessible in many regions including Canada.
  • I made three posts on X (Twitter) about this problem, with no direct or helpful response.
  • I contacted EA’s Community Team on Discord who just redirected me to post here and then stopped replying.
  • I also posted on the official forum but have yet to receive any compensation or meaningful update.

After 11 days, I still have not received anything.
I checked directly in-game and on official channels—there’s still no update for affected players.

Current situation:

  • I cannot send further emails as all responses redirect me to the chat system.
  • The support form will not submit; it is stuck loading for more than 10 minutes now (see attached screenshot).
  • Live chat and callback features are unavailable for many users worldwide.
  • EA Help replies are non-committal, telling users to “wait for updates on Twitter/X” or use chat, without real solutions or escalations.

Given the huge amount of time myself and countless others have spent trying every channel, following instructions, switching devices, and waiting for answers that never come, everyone affected deserves better compensation than what was originally promised.

This situation is unacceptable for paying customers worldwide, and EA must provide clear communication and appropriate compensation to those still affected.

Please escalate this case and provide real support.
