Gadget and Weapon Not unlocking following challenge update

A number of my challenges were completed following the server update lowering certain requirements from a couple of days ago. Joining my first match following the update triggered the completion notifications for each challenge in game. Despite this, I do not have the corresponding gadgets/weapons/skins/training paths available to use.

steps taken to address:

-Join and complete full matches, multiple times

-Clear console cache (PS5)

-Uninstall and reinstall all game files

-Unlink then relink EA and PSN accounts

-Reset console

-Force quit and reset game

-Deleted local and cloud saves 

-Attempted to perform another action on already-completed challenge to see if that would trigger unlock notification again 

-Attempted to edit loadouts both from main menu and in-game
