Haven't gotten instant unlocks

Its been 2 months and i still haven't gotten my instant unlocks yet, being the 3 character skins, gun skin, parachute and xp token. I recieved the pro unlocks instantly but the normal instant unlocks still haven't been given to me yet. Please fix this asap it shouldn't take 2 months to fix this widespread of a problem.
