I was impacted by DLC bug in ea app and don’t get compensation

Hello,

I get impacted on the game launch by the ea app bug with missing DLC on X you stated that we can get compensation such as 12 hardware and 12 career boost plus batllepass but I get nothing in my inbox ?

is it normal ?

    I also had the same issue. I had to get a refund and then purchase on steam which cost me more and i also lost my preorder bonus as a result.
