Issue with Progress updating/saving on Conquest Challenge section

there is a serious bug regarding the progression system for the challenges in bf6, specifically with the conquest challenge tree. the specific challenge is for unlocking the tier 3 black skin and the specific challenge is the get kills at the objective in a match of conquest, i had zero starting tonight, then within a match got 15 easily, did the same thing in another match and noticed none of my kills registered, then all of a sudden the following match i got it to where it was only 2 kills away from completion, I for sure achieved it, when i checked at the end of the match it reset the progress of that challenge to 0. Thus why I am writing here in hopes of getting this bug fixed and god only knows if it exists here where else in the other challenges something like this is also occuring and dont want it to affect players or their experience with the game. For the record I submitted a report not long before posting here, and love the game, haven't had this much fun since BF3.
