KIS 100 LMG problem

good day!

today I wanted to start improving the KTS 100 MK8  weapon, but I couldn't get started, because for some reason it's not available in loadouts, but I completed the challenge for it (and even for the next lmg).

Can you tell me what the problem might be? (I noticed it recently, screenshots are attached)
