Main game menu UI mouse interactions are misbehaving

After the December 9th EULA Update (I would assume this only happens during product updates.) I logged into the game past accepting the new updated Terms. Then when I attempted to use my mouse wheel to scroll down to multiplayer section of BF6 main menu, the selection started erratically jumping to other menus and when I tried using the keyboard arrows to get to the "Casual Breakthrough" option, Even then I could not click it with the mouse, it would animate that its being 'clicked on' but nothing would happen.

The menu is very strangely mis behaving and wont' allow me to access any content I need to get too.

A complete game restart temporarily fixes the bug on PC, but this needs to be done every time you:
scroll too much (left/right/up/down);
leave a match;
navigate across menus too many times.

Matchmaking is only accessible if you want to play only one game mode, or if you're willing to restart every single time you want to play another mode.
This bug also takes a lot of time away from XP boosts, now spent with reloading BF6 instead of playing.
The issue is still ongoing as of the 10th of December.
