Missing compensation for day 1 issue.

Hello,

I preordered the Battlefield 6 Phantom edition on the EA app, was affected by the start day outage (content not accessible, "buy again"). On Twitter (X) it was announced that a compensation will be issued, but I did not receive it yet... I'm well aware where to look for boosters etc. I've checked yesterday and nothing is present.

Today's response from the support:

"Thanks for your patience, As i can checked with my team all the affected users have been granted the compensation, If you're not received your compensation yet, Please make sure to post it on our forums so that our community managers will get in touch with you under your post and help you out with it. https://forums.ea.com/category/ea-forums-en"

The statement is false. Many players, including me, did not get the compensation. Please fix the issue.
